Pre-registration

BT are gathering pre-registrations via ISPs. When you purchase an ADSL line, BT connect you to the ISP, the ISP connect you to the internet. You are free to choose from a long list of home and business suppliers and you can register with any of them free - there is no obligation to purchase on registration.

There's a remote chance that once our exchange is ADSL enabled, you won't be able to use ADSL due to the quality of your phone line. However, in most cases, if you live within 5.5 kilometres from the exchange, and the exchange is enabled, you should be able to use ADSL.

Where can I Pre-register?

To make it easier for you, the 'SITE LINKS' page has direct links to ISP registration pages who are known actively support these campaigns and have promised that they will take your registration and enter it directly in to the BT database - not all ISPs appear to be doing this even though they may say they are.

Some of those below are also supporting advance ordering so you have your equipment and connection ready on the day the exchange goes live!

If you wish, use one of these ISPs (we have no connection with them) to register your interest, and you can of course use which ISP you want:

Zen Internet (preferred)
Nildram (preferred)
BT Broadband (not prefered as they should be doing this not me!)

BT say on their website that: "you can register interest with more than one service provider but BT will only count the first application towards your exchange target"
